I learned to see the world from above. Today I recognize, on the ground, what truly matters. For me, a home is a balance: between what has been and what is about to begin. Before dedicating myself to Real Estate, with numerous construction and real estate companies, I was a professional freestyle skydiver. The sky was the freest and happiest place in my life. Up there I learned vision, precision, the ability to read the territory from above. I learned that every movement requires awareness and that every choice has a direction. Today that perspective has become part of my way of working. I continue ideally to soar through the skies, but with my feet firmly rooted to the ground. I observe, connect, recognize. I seek the right home for those who desire authenticity, roots and beauty. Someone, affectionately, calls me the Siren of the Air. Perhaps because I carry with me that broad gaze that allows you to see the whole before the detail. My work stems from this vision, which I also tell through the project Stories of Stone, Earth and Life: a way of looking at real estate not only as structures, but as lived spaces, identities to respect, roots to continue. I don't just deal with real estate: I accompany transitions, enhance identities, recognize what deserves to be chosen. I am an independent real estate agent of the eXp Italy group and I deal with farmhouses, historic properties and characteristic real estate in the Marche and Emilia Romagna, territories where stone, landscape and architecture still speak an authentic language. I work with those seeking a home with roots and with those who wish to entrust theirs to someone capable of listening to it, understanding it and enhancing it before putting it on the market. I operate independently, but connected to an international network of agents, which allows real estate deeply tied to the territory to meet people from all over the world, without losing its identity.
